I was there to day from one-ish till about 2:15. One bird was ever so slightly hitting the water. My new pup was getting a kick out of watching the seaguls for the first time. Friekin parking area by the railroad bridge is a skating rink.

If you guys want action at the Canal, go to Bell Road and park in the upper lot next to the bridge. Back into one of the spaces on the land side, away from the Canal, and you'll get some action in short order ;)

The clincher was when I saw my dog trainer parked there, cruising for love in his partner's red 'Vette. His own vehicle is a Dodge Caravan

Sorry Lawrence once I arrived the wind direction dictated I go on the other side.That was me waving from across the way. Didn't see one breaker , ice breaker that is.

Had a seal give me a good run.......almost 300 yards of Dacron headed out towards Buzzards Bay! Ice fishing in the ditch is a bitch!:laughs:
