OK boys and girls,
Part of your admission to the party is bringing some sort of food, beverage, or disposable flatware to the party. My brother and I will take care of cooking or re-heating, and I bring my catering stuff to keep things hot in chafing dishes.
Please respond with what you plan to bring, and as slots fill up, I will start to suggest other things that we might need.
So we need...
Sodas/water
Appetizers
Cold Cuts and Bread
Main Courses
Dessert
Paper Plates, Plastic Silverware and Napkins

Historically, we have waaaaaay too many desserts.
Don't bring booze, as there is a cash bar at the hall (and it's cheap)
I will start by offering all of the operational supplies (chafing dishes, pans, sterno, and utensils to serve the food).

JR or other mods, can you make this thread sticky, and give me edit rights to the thread? Heck, you could make me an Admin and I could do this myself (ah maybe not).

i'll make a cheese and pepperoni platter and whip up a batch of kielbasa.

i will have my wife make a vat of baked chez ziti.

My wife will make lasagna or stuffed shells for me to bring like every year.

First time coming! My wife will make traveling chicken.

Maybe a smoked turkey, someones gonna have to convince dad. ;)

I will bring a dessert of some type.

Rick, smoker is out of service. I will figure out something else to bring and let you know.

Rick, haven't been able to confirm the nite off yet - should be able to with luck - but I'll create a hot stockpot of Drunken Blackfish Stew .

The only drawback is I'm fresh out of tog in the freezer, if anyone wants to contribute - all ya have to do is bring it along thawed and I can have it ready to go and just add the tog at the end - cubed tog only takes 20 or so minutes for to cook in the chowder anyway -

The 'Drunken' part is easy...:laughs:...I'm a saucy-ay par excellance on the 2nd most important ingredient.

Actually I'm thinking about a Cajun Meatloaf....got a kick-ass recipe for one...

If you will have the capability to bake them for a bit, I will bring two large broiler pans covered in tasty "Buenos Nachos" One of three things I do well:kewl:

If not, I'll bring something else.:lurk:

Stewie...yup, we've got ovens. Nachos would be a good idea...anything to keep the wolves at bay before we get the entrees out (the boys and girls get pretty hungry, right off the bat).
