not too late

Hey boys and girls.I can't imagine what happened to my post of last week, but if any one is still interested in large striped bass, there still to be a bunch around in the south shore area.In the last week ,i've caught or seen many fish in the 30s and even a few in the 40s .Try the area around Central Beach all the way to Quonnie.Eels, needle fish, and one night big swimmers, were the ticket.

I know, funny thing is that no one has been at central beach for the last couple of nights after dark.At least until 9pm or so,But, The fish were there and some of tose fish be biguns!!!!!

Yeah, there's another spot that has kept our attn.until almost high every night. The lack of fisherman is surprizing but appriciated.I guess they found somthing better to do !!!! imagine that!

i'll have to agree on the lack of fisherman down there at central recently. it's too bad, there were some nice fish there when i was there late last week. i took one around 24, one around 34, and another 26#s. it's been nice fishing nearly alone. it must be those dark, cold nights that's keeping the other fisherman away. too bad...nice job on that 40, #^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&.
