GOM cod season is open

The U.S. district court for the MA district has suspended Framework 42 for 60 days or until NOAA/NMFS responds to the court order.l That mean that the GOM cod season is now open!

This is part of the problem. These guys can't manage jack$hit. All Cod fishing should be shut down for the next decade in all of North America. This fish will never recover with the fishery management we have today.

H'mm Framework 42 raise the minimum size to 24 inches so I guess right now it would be 22 inches. I don't recall specifically, but I think the ten fish limit was in place before framework 42, so I guess that its still 10 fish.
