Should be intersting to see what happens there.
I would think the wholesalers should be held responsible as much as the poachers.I have a feeling the poachers are on the plea route.They should treat em like drug dealers.Assuming everything they have came from the illegal sale of fish.They should not only confiscate their boats and gear but their cars, trucks, and houses also.
