Question on painting and epoxy

Do you sand in between coats of painting? Do you sand before you epoxy? Do you also sand between coats of epoxy? I heard if you sand between coats of epoxy it could fog up the coating.

Sand after sealing. sand after primer. The end.

If you put on a second coat of epoxy after 24 hours, you should also sand then. Before that you are OK
