Excuse me, but I fail to see how giving congressmen/senators an extra $92,000.00 EACH for petty cash is going to stimulate more job production?
The more we go over this idiotic stimulus package, both nationally and locally, the more we find that the politicians really don't give a rat's a$$ about stimulating anything more than themselves and their pet projects.

Right now, only $0.12 out of every $1.00 of this "stimulus package" actually goes to anything that will actually create new/more jobs and job opportunities.
The rest is going to be wasted on the equivillant of political "wet-dreams", being wasted on some of the most ridiculous projects since the study of cow farts and fruit fly mating rituals.
Maybe if we can present a valid research proposal for the popularity of HOOTERS, or why beer taste better in strip clubs than nightclubs, we could really discover something useful.
About as useful as the truckload of manure we call our "elected officials".

What the Dems did was put every pet project they could not get through in the last 8 years ,under this bill and they think that with the Obamorites faithfully following there leader, that it will happen. And you know what. They are right... PATHETIC.

One democrats congressman's son is getting two billion dollars in "grant money" for some project he has been trying to get funded for years out of the stimulus package.

Be positive man. They know what there doing. They are the most talented people ever assembled to run the government. Never mind all the hypocracy. Just believe.
