What does it mean when there's a "+" sign next to a member's name?

I couldn't figure that out either...:huh:

I was wondering if there was maybe another JohnR or another Raven, some imposter trying to steal their thunder...or was it somebody went beyond their daily posting allowance ...or maybe they were caught for being on-line too long...:laughs:
