This may have been a re-run but its new to me. I just caught the last 5 minutes of the show on Versus. It was a guy in a wetsuit striper fishin. I wish i could have seen he whole show, he got a 47# on a eel in jersey. I dont know if there was much more to the show than what i saw but its worth checking out, dont know if its On Demand yet.

is it Larry Dahlberg's show? I love the guy but never saw him fish for stripers, I have it tivo'd and I'll check it out.

I thought it was his show but i didnt see larry, it was a 30ish looking guy

Chef, I get it on channel 139 with cox. Had to get the extra sports package to get it though.

What's up with the "Fishing Adventurer" ???....this guy named Cyril...???

Seems like a different flavor of Charlie Moore.......I saw it this morning, very disappointed, whoever produces that show should be fired.

fishing out of the way places, lots of surf/shore fishing and not out with a guide (at every spot)

yes, I like the locations, what it takes to get to some of those places, the exotic species, /etc ,,..but I guess I don't feel he's a good representation of a "T.V." fisherman (whateva-dahell-dat-iz)....:huh:.....again, just my opinion..........maybe I'm just jealous.. :spin:....

My take was he was a fairly ave Joe, not an expert fisherman, or a real know it all.. and ultimately seemed to just be happy to have something on his line! plus I think I saw him release everything..

On a related note......Just got Verizon FiOS HD service......they have a 24 hour HD Fishing Channel...:humpty:

I didn't see the one with the guy swimming with a VS on his back but I did see Mr. Gowdy land a 58lb bass over the weekend on "monster Fish".

Whats he got that I don't!! Nobody likes a show off but nobody minds being one.
