I watch the news nightly.....can't help but notice that on a nightly basis, Chief John Romero of Lawrence is on the news about one violent incident or another!!:eek5: My wife and I comment on it everytime we watch the news! What a wonderful little hamlet they got going up in Lawrence??!!:doh:

He must pay his barber a fortune to keep touching up the doo every day or two. Always looks he same.

Lawrence is no place to move to.

Lawrence is crime ridden--oh my--next you'll be telling me that Lowell has crime, too :doh:

Larry--have you been living in a bubble the last 30 years or so? Lawrence and Lowell were %$%$%$%$holes before I moved to LI--and that move happened in 1981.

Mike...re-read my post. I did not say anything like Lawrence is suddenly a %$%$%$%$ hole or Lawrence used to be such a nice place....and I did not mention Lowell.......I mentioned that the Lawrence Police Chief John Romero is on the news every single night! It was a brief commentary on just how bad that town is. The Boston Police Chief is not even on that much?

I also noticed how he is on the news almost daily to my wife a few weeks ago. I read this and there he is again, talking about the clerk who chased the robbers out of the store with guns a-blazin'.

Chief Romero has the best moustache in the business. Hahaha

He was on channel 7 again tonight. Someone shot a bullet thru the mayor's ofice window
