BassMaster Classic

I fished many tournaments and in the federation for a few years.17 or so years ago..I still love this stuff..

It's on 6-8 and 8-10 on ESPN2 today..

YEP, always a good time!!
thanks for the heads-up NIB.

anybody gonna take down VanDamme this year?

pretty cool how ESPN Nascarized the whole sport and boosted the ratings.
this is one instance in which the flashy jackets, multiple sponsors, and schnazzy
boats really works. i still don't get NASCAR, to me, it's a bunch of rednex turning left ALL day.

can you imagine them trying to follow us surfrats around with
night photography, a chorus of Korkers clickinandclackin, and
sum freak like Charlie Moore breathing down yer waders to do
the play by play as your working the surf to land sum LAHHHGE!??!

I was watching the Bassmaster Classic and was wondering, after the weigh in are these fish released? Please excuse my ignorance I usually don't watch sweetwater shows.

NIB 02-22-2009 05:43 PM

Yes they are all released..

WadingWill 02-22-2009 05:59 PM

Thanks NIB. I was hoping that was the case.

I was rooting for Mark Burgess of Norton, Mass. Don't think he made the cut, but still cool to have a Mass guy in the classic. I'm also an Iaconelli fan. Like what he has done for the sport, break dancing on the bow and all.

Mr. Krinkle 02-22-2009 08:27 PM

Did anybody see Roland Martin and Bill Dance catchin some big ass snook with a captain in Florida on Versus last week. That was funny as hell.

NIB 02-22-2009 09:02 PM

The final round coverage is on tonite at 10 pm..
The war over the clicker is in full on braveheart..
