New thread on MSBA Expo
I had to start this new thread to give the
credit for a successful show to a few people without the clutter of the other messages. As I write this I note 39 members have posted comments while 1,215 people have viewed the posts. That is a lot of views and says that there is a heck of a lot of interest in the MSBA Expo. But to the point, since we left Gillette stadium, the expo has been run by a guy by the name of Mike Glennon but ably assisted by our old standby Patrick (rub a little sunshine in your face) Paquette. One of the first things Mike had to do was find and confirm a new venue--Stonehill College. Then overcome the bad taste many had due to the high prices at Gillette. This year Mike also had to deal with a bad economy and he came though with a winning budget. Few on this site know Mike Glennon. But we members of the Expo committee who have worked with him ask those of you who enjoyed our expo to send Mike and Patrick a note for the hours and hours of work and headaches these guys put into the show. Thank you Mike and Pat. And let hope the "Boss" is feeling better. :agree: |
Heard we had a great show, sorry I could not make it.
Sick being what it is, we're in sinus infection territory now with Orange Snot, kinda Gatorade in color :fury: |

I was wondering if Eelskimmer did his beaver impression at his seminar?
Sorry I had to miss it due to work. |
John you are kind and your words for Mike Gl could not be more true. That being said, I can state with no hesitation that this year it was more of a team or full committee effort than in many of the past years. I truely beleive that is why even against some diversity it was a good show. Kudos to all on the committee and all the vendors and attendees for it is truely a community event.
We fish now!!! |
Ya, thanks to Mike and Patrick and to all those who helped make the show happen. You guys did a fine job:claps::claps:

i had planned to attend the MSBA this year but the cold i picked up
at plugfest transformed into the sinus headache thing to the point it felt like i was underwater ... Someone should wear a head cam as they do a walk thru for the unfortunate one's that were unable to attend... |
I attended with my brother and want to thank all the organizers for their efforts.

On behalf of the Exp[o committee I thank you all for coming and enjoying
From me and too the committee another thank you. Each and every one of the members of the committee played as an integral part in some aspect of the show which, if they had not given of themselves would not have been there for our vendors and public to enjoy. MikeG |
