They Swim!

Some were curious about how my jointed Danny and "Prey" swim as I had not had them in the water yet! Well.....after the first day of swim testing they both swam quite nicely.....particularly the Danny as it swam beautifully and left a heck of a nice v-wake behind it! The "Prey" swam great but I am going to make a few adjustments and test them a bit more! Its always fun testing something new and it was great just making a few casts! I had an assistant today in Swimmer........then we went back to me shop and I gave Swimmer some pointers on air brushing! Great way to kill a few hours today Frank.....hope I helped a little?:)

Hi Larry. man im drooling over those plugs. and i bet it was good to wet the line, even if it was just for test swimming.

Larry Sweet water shots. I saw them at Plugfest, dynomite. I've been working on a jointed version simalar to yours. The cut is in reverse. I got the joint tight by countersinking the tail and front section then sending the premade loop up toward the nose w/wire doubled over like the old jointed Creek Chub giants then opening uo the closed loop with an awl at the lip side.Clip the tail wire premade loop to front section then twist the rear tail loop like normal. I'll swim it tomorrow. I'll get a picture out shortly.

Larry thank you very much for the seminar today. I was glad to help out with the testing also. And I have been to one more Dunks that I never had bought a hot coffee at. Don't tweak the babies to much.
