At the recent blooberry festival Hab announced he was going to take a break from the hard stuff...AND BEER! 2003 would be the dawn of a new, leaner, meaner, Habs!

After only two days off the sauce, there has been a remarkable change...John says he owes it all to his favorite fitness instructor: Richard Simmons.

I think he's been "Sweating to the Oldies" way too much!
