yamaha throttle control

My throttle when I'm cruising pretty good, 3/4 or so does not hold position unless I hold it. It's kinda of a pain in the a$$ cuz I constantly have to hold it forward. Is there any way to tighten it up?

Doesn't look like anything on the side

On the bottom under a rubber plug, theres a screw. Is this to adjust it?

The flathead screw in 2nd pic should be the tension adjustment.

Thanks for posting this. I have the opposite problem, my throttle is so stiff to move. I thought it was the cables, but I am going to try the tension screw.
