Microsoft Outlook St Patricks Day funny business

Hav eyou noticed that emails are coming in with green letters or every other letter green. I thought people were doing it on purpose until someone replied to an email I had sent and my email was in green letters and I definitely didn't do that myself.

Anybody else notice this?
