I have a small one #12 I think mounted on a container. Handle
driven. Don't need it anymore cause I am making a gear motor driven #32,,,GRRRRRIND... Yours cheap... |
Van, what are you going to charge to fish in YOUR slick this year ???:jester:
|
What is the going rate these days?
Maybe I'll just charge to grind up a few hundred pounds of your bait. ;) Wait till you see this monster though,, fully powered, 1/4 HP motor, 30:1 gear box, direct drive, so I can have a cold one while it does all the work.... I'll be so proud !!!! It better catch me some BIG fish.... Is it spring yet? |
Hey Van,
i wouldn't be surprised if you could get some money for grinding up some bait. a few days last year i would have loved to head out with a couple of 5 gallon pails of chum. let me know if you do make one because i was thinking of doing the same thing. |
Dave:
Are you going to the SB night on the 15th?? |
Van, yes i will be going.
|
Kav:
I'll bring that form all filled out. See you then. |
sounds good looking forward to the get together. do you have tickets for this? or has that not be established yet how to get them.
|
I sent in a $10 check to:
Linesider Technologies P.O. Box 9183 Warwick, RI. 02889 I think you can pay at the door too. |
now that I have my grinder.....
......thanks VAN ;) Does anyone know where I can get some 1 or 2 gallon containers for chum?? I'm starting to save laundry soap jugs(inside spouts cut out), but I dout I'll have enough in time. Could everyone please bring one laundry soap jug each on the 15Th,....:hee::bl2:....kidding, i just want an idea. Thanks
|
Goose,
If you go to a large fish store or the like you may find some of those 5 gal buckets they use for salt. Or you could probably find one at Home depot. We use two. One for the ground up fish and then we hang one over the side. That one has small holes drilled in it and we just keep feeding it chum. It lets out a very nice slick and is an easy clean up. Works well for us. I bet you can find a decent grinder in the WantAds. This weather sucks...... had to throw that in.............. |
