If I ever moved somewhere that had beaches to drive, this is what I would get imported. Courtesy of Bluewater Australia on the udder board, who got the ideas for the cooler rack from the boyz on the Buggy forum. This thing looks awesome.

looks like something leftover from the Dakar rally pretty cool stuff

afterhours 04-21-2009 03:41 PM

looks like a 100 g's plus....beautiful rig!

Raven 04-21-2009 04:31 PM

big enough

for a keg

That bumper rack is very jersey. just missing a dozen van staal lami combos in the tubes. :wavey:

That thing needs some camo paint. :uhuh:

yeah that thing is sweet, but Ross, we need a monster truck-bigfoot type truck to drive over all those rocks on Cutty!
Bear with my lame attempt to copy Raven's photo skills (I don't have photoshop!)

MAKAI 04-21-2009 04:58 PM

probably no earthy crunchy obots telling them what they can't do down under.

cableguy 04-21-2009 07:32 PM

That is a machine!

I'll settle for this-

That is on awesome rig. Those Aussies have it dialed in. I haven't seen any posts from those guys in awhile from over there. They posted good stuff.

Looks like they're ready for the Apocalypse! That's a serious vehicle.

2na 04-22-2009 07:53 AM

thats a Pinz (http://www.pinztrek.com/pinz/pinz.htm). A German (?) military transport. I looked into them a few years ago, there was one out on the beach a couple of years back.

The Iceman 6 04-22-2009 07:55 AM

That vehicle is pretty SICK

I always thought this would be a great beach machine . Can fully extend boom and lower your self right over the surf .. 4X4 also ..

I think I saw that on the new reality show, Lifestyles Of The Well-Heeled Widower.

no, but trust me.. you dont need 4wd with a bus. All of the weight is ontop of the drive tires. before I knew better, i used to drive my old bus down to the soft side of Q to fish... :rotflmao:

2na 04-22-2009 03:19 PM

I stand corrected - at 1st glance I thought it was a Pinz.

Mr. Krinkle 04-22-2009 09:26 PM

This guy I fish with once in awhile has a UNIMOG that he hooked up with beds inside and pull out BBQ grill coming out of the side. It is one bad ass beach vehicle.

Maloney 04-23-2009 10:47 PM

load it up with some Gatling guns for the seals and you're all set ( just say you're using "historical" items on the beach)
