Bristol County DA gets screwed by judge.
 

Isn't amazing when a appointed (meaning worthless) supreme court judge from western Mass starts passing laws for Bristol County (Fall River)?
On top of that, this jacka$$ judge has undermined the DA to the point where he won't be able to do his job.
Imagine that a cop pulls up to a gang-banger junkie, who decided to run. Based on the idiot judge's view, the cops CAN'T frisk the perp for a consealed weapon. This judge, in his lack of infinite wisdom, considers ILLEGAL handguns to be a harmless and victimless crime.
What a complete d-bag! I bet this judge has never seen the inside of an inner-city courthouse in his life!

This will be appealed to an appelate judge, you can be sure. Thier are so many court decisions to the complete opposite of this, the so-called "Terry stops" and common sense will prevail. More guns and knives are taken from people than you care to imagine during these interactions.
