Not so funny story... I know this young girl that got knocked up by a loser 40 yr old. Mass put her up in a apartment and gave her a car so she could get a job. I asked her why she hadn't used the car and she said that since the state gave it to her they should pay the insurance. No job yet. The state took her kids, yes they had 2. She still has the car rotting at her state subsidized apartment. Another great, well run social program.

You can give people all the tools in the world to better themselves but not the motivation

bad things happen to good people and this will help those few but sad to say the lazy folks on welfare will take the car and most likely lose it / sell it.. that will be the story in the news not the rags to working class cases

that wont be on the news, they dont report that stuff because its demeaning to the people who live there, and the TV has to be PC and fair, unless its toward republicans or its FOX news. How often do you really hear of people scamming welfare?? Not very often, but its a known fact.
