Need to balance a 12' ugly stik
 

I have two 12' ugly stiks model BWS1100 but I don't know which reels match up. The rods are rated H, 12-40lb and 2-12oz. I'd like to fish from the jedi, Coast Guard station and piers at Jones beach for stripers, blues, kingfish and any other large fish. I dead stick with clam when I bring my girlfriend and use bucktails when with the guys. Right now I have a 710z laying around but not sure if that will do. I'm 5'11" 175lbs and strong for my size and I need something idiot/bullet proof, can handle 250yrds+ power pro 40lb test, help me cast far, made in U.S.A and under 75$ used. Thank you for your help!

P.S. I don't mind a very heavy setup weight.
