Hot water heater goes south overnight

Went down cellar this A.M. to get clothes out of the dryer and realize the humidity in the cellar is about 123 %. Look to my right aat the bottom of the stairs and notice a small lake forming. Thier goes my last vacation day. I have been dying to use it for fishing. Shut the burner off. Wait two hours to call oil burner guy who put it in, beause why should I bother the answering service at 6:15 a.m.

Repair guy comes, empties the rest of the water, disconnects the piping up top and reconnect is so that we have hot water from the tankless for a couple of days. And I found out that wet/dry VACS ACTUALLY FRIEKIN WORK. They suck up water really well. I was pleasantly surpised. This will give me the impetus to actually clean up that side of the cellar. I ahve to call later to see what day the company can comes back to install a new water heater. East Bridgewater water can rot just about anything man makes in pretty short order. We are proud of this fact in East Bridgewater. I think this tank last about eight years.

Yes, it is is the Bella's pen. I know how you dislike walking around with stuff that looks new, so Bella is doing her best to make the SSU blank look used.
