im sitting here eating veni meat loaf 100 o/o better than the steaks i had!!! the pork sausage made this taste awsome recipe 1lb veni hamburg 1/4 lb pork 2 eggs bread crumbs mix cook i guess you could add hot stuff to spice it up but this is good!! thanks speacilist for that pork suggestion!!

ummmm, sounds good. I never tried it that way. Do you hunt to?

i took neibour out a couple times and he took care of me with deer meat the steaks were real liver tasting but i mixed the pork in with burger and it came out awsome i still have chops left need to know how to cook them

My favorite is on the grill.....look back in the scuppers Dec.7 I'll have some at Mikes;)
