This is to those of you that have Internet Access onboard or ashore. Report storm activity to www.reportstorms.com . You will have to create a password and log in. No instruments needed just report your location and the storm conditions. This may give someone a heads up.

True, We should all have VHF radios and monitor weather channels but one of the National Weather Service sources is from Spotter/Observers. Their "Eyes In The Skies". Reporting conditions as you see them will confirm or back up what the NWS reports or in some cases indicate conditions before it's reported by the NWS. Current conditions can save lives regardless of the source.
