Anyone else think that this Michael Jackson Memorial is way, way, waaaayyyyyy overdone!!??? The Jackson family acts like they were the first and only family to lose a brother/son/father???? At least Liz Taylor had the class to keep away! Mark my words.....with all of these moronic fans...a million and a half in that small area and many of them in the Staples Center...there will be a riot with lots of pushing, shoving and trampling and I wouldn't be surprised if a few people die in the process!!! I have total faith in the human element and it will turn out to be an ugly scene!! It is in LA after all!:huh:

Oh and I can't wait to hear Al Sharpton's eulogy! Should be quite interesting!

Think about it: He didn't cure a disease, he didn't solve a crime or mystery, he hadn't won a Nobel Prize or a Pulitzer Prize, he hasn't saved anyone from a burning house or car, he hasn't help stop a war, and he hasn't done anything in the name of science.

I kept hearing about "his" 11 year old daughter, Paris, and her eulogy and it just didn't seem to sit well with me until I saw video when I got home.
Maybe it's just me, but I got the feeling that she was "forced/coerced" into speaking, and she sounded like she was trying to sound distraught, like she was faking the emotional outburst.

Add to that the fact that EVERYONE around her was wearing shades to hide their faces, so that you couldn't see if they were crying or not.
It reminds me of those money-grubbing relatives that go to a wake or funeral hoping to get something out of it financially.

As I stated earlier, it was just one great big circus show.
They just couldn't let him rest in peace!
