Saw no birds today (Friday AM)
 

Headed out around 5:15, stayed out until noon. Landed one fish around 5:45 at my usual spot, then proceeded to catch nothing the rest of the trip.

Anyone else seeing this? I was hoping to see a blitz or two, with some Blues.

Was out yesterday and did not see many birds like in 2 weeks past. Did get a bunch of bass but was very crowded at this particular spot and got unfun quickly, so I left and on way back I spotted some birds and investigated to find tuna trashing the bait, watched for a while and then went home. Very few birds were seen working.

I'm sitting at my desk staring at a blank wall, so I don't see no birds either.
Tomorrow when I get out on the water, I hope things will be different.

It was really sloppy in the Gay Head MV area this morning. No birds there either of any interest. Not much happening but did boat a few large scup and just legal size black bass.

saw no birds where i was at today, but the bass didn't mind or the fluke. tuition - i've been seeing birds in your neck of the woods. inside and on the beach

Yup same here...did the loop on Wednesday...around the haba then out to Boston Light over to Minots and back. Dead, flat calm. No birds, no blues, no bait...no nothing but a few dogs. Went to the bank on Thursday. SW nada...NW nada... saw nothing in between. Buddie went out yesterday same thing. Last two years sucked in the fall. We're thinking it's the dogs...too many...eating all the bait. Blues have been non-existent in the bays. Pogies are few and far between around Wollaston...pretty much picked clean. Very discouraging. Keep hoping things will pick up but it's just not happening. Thinking about going again today but having second thoughts.

Another bad day today. Saw fish on the finder on the way in, but no bites. Too windy to enjoy
