SB sticker sighting

Coming home from the Cape this morning 1045 on Rt 495 North bound and saw a dark Charcoal colored Jeep with Yak rack & rod rack on the roof,so who wuz ya?

I tried to catch up & acknowledge the S-B sticker but he wuz cruising a bit to quick for me & and my 28' camper.
