WTS Size 9 Pro Gear Chest Wader it has no leaks or hole on it for $25. Still in excellent condition. I prefer local pickup in RI but can be shipped if buyer pays for it.

what size person would this best fit? i have a cousin that is 5'5" about... maybe 135 pounds. would this be too tall?

Nope I'm 5'6" I think this would fit him and put a wader belt to adjust the waist. The boots size is 9.
