I don't know dude,,, but I know I couldn't hold it that long. I'd be looking for another way out if I were you.

How the hell did you get the Beans above the Frank

Raven 09-22-2009 10:16 AM

maybe a tooth is off, has broken off
or it didn't go together right

at the bottom there's a cross over stitch or clip
that can removed and replaced sometimes

that is the most frustrating thing in the world:uhuh:

One of my gear bags had the same thing. Silicone spray..

Swimmer 09-22-2009 12:34 PM

I was going to suggest silicone also.

the other thing you can do is..........

[if the top is open] is to pull it apart

all the way to the bottom and sometimes it will pop free

metal or plastic zipper? time to buy 501 button fly's

vineyardblues 09-22-2009 01:41 PM

Thanks , I think :)

It's plastic, and I hate to rip them apart, cabela's !!!!

Slingah 09-22-2009 03:45 PM

warm soapy water for the zipper.....and the frank and beans

ProfessorM 09-22-2009 04:43 PM

plastic should be salvageable, corroded metal is usually ruined. Soak it for a day or two, and your head too.
