Anyone tried it? Same as taking glucosamine by pill? Trying it for my ravaged right knee......

The Pills are a LOT Cheaper........I tried the Glucosamine pills and they worked fine for me so I would think the Drink would work too....

The pill is best, except if your'e like me , no cartilage at all in the medial compartment of my right knee.
I am schedule to have it replaced Thankgiving week.

Take care of your knees, you can only have 1 full knee replacement per knee with the current medical, they only last 15-17 years.

I have are arthoscopy this week to be absolutely certain I can get a partial.

For the past 3 days my right knee has gelt like there is a pebble in it :(
