Sky tonight
Awesome moon with a bright star/planet just below. Anyone know what it is? Venus? Jupiter? Maybe our resident astronomer, DZ, will chime in.

Venus - the goddess of love

Jupiter.
Venus is always in the eastern sky before sunrise, or in the western sky after sunset. |
Jupiter is right. ANd if you have your 'nocs, you can maybe pick out a few moons
|
Even though the brightness may have shut down the best bite for me since early September it was a beautiful once the clouds moved off to reveal the moon and Jupiter. Can it get any better? Just so much to experience and it never gets old.
