Anyone know of Barry Thurston-Nantucket Island? Just curious. Bought a rod ther other day and had his sig. on it.

Thurston had the only tackle shop on the island for awhile. I believe he was an Orvis shop for flyfishing. He was a guide there also. Was it a flyrod or a conventional?

Actually it is a 2 pc. glass spinning rod - 11' +. Nothing fancy, just a nice clean wrap. Thanks for the insight. Dave.
