What a disgrace to Christians all over the world. The main character pissed on a picture of Jesus. Boycott HBO. Not funny at all. :fury:

I've always enjoyed the show.

Larry David has created a pretty funny show. While that may be inappropriate, it seems silly to over-react and boycott an entire channel over something like that.

I will give you that the show has been getting pretty crappy this season.

No decency or values at all. :(

I guess nothing on tv is really shocking any more. Let alone something on HBO.

not worth my time

This season feels like they are trying too hard. Otherwise, I love the show. I didn't see the episode in quesion and it does sound offensive but have to say that they don't target any specific groups. Usually it's just good humor.

i've tried to like that show, but it has very few moments. like someone else said- they look like they're try'in too hard.

He didn't piss on the picture, his piss splashed on it - huge difference and very misleading to anyone who didn't see it.

I took it as an attempt to make fun of the folks who see something on an Icon or picture of Jesus and think its a miracle or if they think they see an image of the Virgin Mary on an english muffin (or was it a grilled cheese sandwich?).

Spray piss on the koran or a torah then see the outrage. It's open season on Christians

It's a %$%$%$%$ing comedy show.
He didn't actually piss on a priest, church, crucifix etc. it was a PICTURE on a comedy SHOW!

And as far as other religions, I'll point you towards 'Always Sunny' they had an episode titled 'the gang goes jihad'
never heard a peep out of that either.

What about family guy? They continually mock all religions, and is one of the top rated shows.

People in this society get "outraged" far too easily these days. There is no such thing as a moderate response.

Sure, be offended by it. Shoot off an email or write a letter, but calling for a boycott on a fishing forum seems silly.

I must be too old for this %$%$%$%$. I have been a Catholic my whole life and to see this jackass splash his pee over a picture of Jesus was an affront to me. I guess there is no common decency or respect anymore. Does not bode well for future generations if all it takes to do something so depraved and immoral is to make it funny. Good Luck.

I took it different after watching it. It was pisser funny. He didn't piss on anything they just left it up to you to decide if he did.

Holding on to the flab of the woman's muffin-top to keep from going off the building was funny.

If you are a fan of Curb Your E ,you would know that Larry's Pee goes all over the place when he P's, it's like he gets a woodie if he hugs someone more 7 seconds, it's the norm for him

He is very funny but a guy that is that creative does not have to dive for the gutter.
