Incredible Customer Service from VS and Rivers End!
 

Just wanted to pass along a huge thank you and kudos to Van Staal's Craig Cantelmo and Pat Abate at Rivers End. Last Wed nite at 1am my VS decided to lock up on me. I was put in touch with Craig at VS on Thursday morning. I explained my problem to him. He said he'll take care of it. He got in touch with Pat at River's End. Pat said he'd fix it in less than a day if Craig could over nite them the part (Im a lefty). Craig over nited it, Pat got the reel and by Friday morning my reel was fixed and ready for the weekend. All under warranty too!

Incredible customer service from both VS and Rivers End. My mechanic doesn't move that fast. Thanks again. Kevin

River's end is the best... hands down....

Craig is one of the hardest working guys in the business :kewl:.

Just wanted to give some mention to "Q" Kresser who works at Rivers End, is second in command and I think he does most of the VS repairs. He does not get enough credit for their great shop.

"Q" bailed me out this year........ The whole shop just makes it happen,,,, Period....:uhuh::uhuh:

Q is super helpful...
