The Snuggie/Galabiyya Conspiracy

I got a Snuggie recently and it got me thinking.
I said to myself, "Joe, this thing bears a striking resemblance to a Galabiyya." (A galabiyya is a loose-fitting, long, one-piece Islamic garment.)
Are Islamic radicals behind the Snuggie craze? Is getting a Snuggie the first step toward Islamic conversion?

You might want to ask this in the "Ask Spence" thread since it's a fashion related question.

A Snuggie is nothing more than an over-sized robe that you put on backwards.

And it makes for great camoflage.....if you are approaching a group of anti-islamic protestors you can just wear a pillow case on your head and you'll blend right in....

Laugh, but when you get your bed roll at the concentration camp don't be surprised if you are given an orange Snuggie, a Koran, and a little mat to knell on.

Or if you are supposed to be a shepherd in a Christmas pageant, or living nativity!

Did you notice the guy on the left side of Joe's picture with the white Galabiyya on is Spence? I didn't realize it until I saw the footwear.:uhuh:

I see that you are preparing for the future.

If I was gay, I'd be wearing the pink snuggie......duh!
