Chili recipe needed
 

I want to make some venison chili with some of my venison. I remember Goose made an awesome one, and I hope he will share the recipe here. Please feel free to post your recipes.

#1 1/2 venny and 1/2 hamburg

2 15oz cans tomato sauce
1 8oz can tomato sauce
1 15oz can black bean
1 15oz kidney beaan
1 15oz diced italian tomato
2 McCormicks chillie power packets

1 med onion
1 med green pepper
minced garlic
oregano, italian seasoning, papricka, salt/pepper

Pour all cans into a large crock pot and set on low. Brown hamburg and seperate fat, useing fat to brown venny. Combine venny and burger then add the packets and set aside. Chop remaining ingredients and saute adding all seasoning. Stir meat and all ingredients well and add to crock pot. about 4 hrs.

Had some steaks last night, they were tasty. My 4 yo had some, we said "Do you know what it is?" She said, "It's steak from daddy's deer." " can I have more please?" :buds:

Please don't tell anyone about this, but the best Chili can be bought in a package at the Christmas tree Shop made by Beaver Creek . I think?

Trust me on this and don't tell a sole, Just add "what ever"
