Name My Dog

Looking for help with a dog name. Decided to get a female companion for my 1 year old boxer. Currently "Pickles" is in the lead but I'm open to suggestions. Fishy names are more than welcome.

No stripper names please!

Looks like a "SPOT" < - - spot burner :D

Cut dog there, Mike. I better not let my daughter see that or else she will be begging for one. ;)

Shiner

Looks like that right eye has a good one, or
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shiner_%28fish%29 ?

FishermanTim 12-07-2009 11:06 AM

I second "shiner".
It's origianal and definitely fits.

JohnR 12-07-2009 11:17 AM

I like Shiner too....

ecduzitgood 12-07-2009 11:46 AM

Ieness

Jimbo 12-07-2009 01:15 PM

That's the reincarnation of Petey, the Little Rascals dog.

That was my first thought also before suggesting "Shiner". I had problems with Pete for a female dog (can you print b*tch here?)

Saltheart 12-07-2009 01:34 PM

Sure looks like Petey!!

I like shiner too , especially with the double meaning

Swimmer 12-07-2009 02:06 PM

That face is adorable. How about "PLUG".

TheSpecialist 12-07-2009 02:24 PM

My friend had a female boxer, he named her Bella, always liked that name on a dog, mine male was named Rocky, probably the most common male boxer name.

Flo

spence 12-07-2009 08:31 PM

I like Flo...

But as a pup I'd call her Flo-bee.

Which would stick forever :hee:

ecduzitgood 12-07-2009 08:33 PM

Wouldn't 'flo' sound like 'no'? When it comes to training it might be a problem. Where as Ieness sounds like I.N.S. which could be fun depending upon where you live and/or who is working nearby when you call for her.

eastendlu 12-07-2009 08:49 PM

Looks just like "peetee "from the little rascals.
