2008 Virginia Striped Bass Citation Program - Lots of dead Cows!
 

I personally do not know a single person that participates this program so I know that this number is Far, Far greater. Recs kill more 50+ lb class fish in VIRGINIA ALONE in one season than the entire northeast does in years....

2008 Citation program
(1) 70+ Lb fish, (You may recall this one, it was the 73lb record, a mold was made and it was thrown in the dumpster - Fact - VERY DEAD)
(8) 60+ LB Fish
(40) 55+LB Fish
(102) 50-54.99 LB Fish
