Fishing license issue...
 

I got an email from Mass Wildlife regarding the availablilty of freshwater licenses online.
Apparently they are having "system issues" and they can't tell when their system will be operational again. They request that you visit one of the license vendors in your area. In otherwords, they want you to pay MORE for your license. Sure, it's a small surcharge, but it's the principle of the matter.
I ALWAYS buy my license online before the new year.
I guess this year I may have to be a renegade fisherman and start the year without until they get their system back!
