VS self service kit
 

I'm thinking about picking one up this year for my 250. Is there anyone in the Westport area or 1/2 hr drive that would want to show me how to do it over the winter in trade of beers and maybe a plug or 2 or even an ice fishing day trip. I'm great at taking things apart but not so good putting them back together. All of my other reels end up at Buckos in the winter but I want to learn how to service the VS without having to send it in. Thanks

We need to have a "Reel Party" like we did several years ago. Get 10-15 people together but need a decent location to do it. :drool:

I need to redo my old VS. Get some more synthetic rear differential oil in it :buds:
