Does anyone get the WFN channel?

I ask because there is a new kayak fishing show coming out that will be on this channel and then I found another interesting show:
Hookin' Up with Mariko Izumi | World Fishing Network :humpty:

PRBuzz 01-12-2010 11:18 AM

Comcast (except in FL and MI) doesn't carry WFN even in their special packages that I could see.

The Dad Fisherman 01-12-2010 11:43 AM

Oh Yeah...:humpty: 24x7 fishing...in HD.

And Mariko is pretty cute too...

MakoMike 01-12-2010 04:29 PM

I get it on my FIOS cable

BasicPatrick 01-12-2010 04:32 PM

We watch it in NC and it is awesome...we called comcast and they said not here and no plans for it to be here

Fios here
Outdoor , Sportmans, Versus, WFN and all in HD which means somtimes you get 4 or 5 to choose and than through ESPN Sat Sun morning "Man the wife hates it!!!!"
As for Mariko Hot and dam she can fish to! Wife hate her too!
All kidding aside, some good some are a waste, some hunting show I don`t get. Bait so be it, but see big game go from one field to another to feed and than add some feed. Besides with a girl [make up and all] in blue jeans. Waste!
Kayak herd the show, it hopes it good.

Right now with direct TV I don't get WFN, Versus, or the Outdoor channel.

The Dad Fisherman 01-13-2010 06:27 AM

Just as an FYI you need the HD package to get WFN

Team rock 01-13-2010 09:10 AM

Verizon | FiOS TV Channel Lineup

According to this line up, I should get it ?

I have the Fios HD package and get WFN and all the other outdoor stuff. I love it and watch it a ton. A couple of weeks ago I watched a show that was about the Vineyard. They were using eels in the middle of the day and getting into some nice size fish. Good channel.

I'm calling fios today to set an install appointment. Comcast might very well be spawned from the devil.
