the "Morrison" mystique... without him, the Doors would have been another failed 60's garage/bar band..

Strange Ideed... and left a large myth and mystique..that lingers still..
high school and college age kids still "discover" the music, and go thru trying rto figure out the lyrics...

if you read all the books... it's easy.. drunken stoned out ramblings, collected, and refined..then published...
like most of the old poets... ;)

I like the music, hate the musician. He struck me as a life s#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&g force of nature.

i need to wear YELLOW shooting glasses
at night when it rains while driving
or else i just see all the colors
plus i am blinded by the headlights.

Today, he'd be on anti-depressants and not be so blinked up or creative.
