What glue would you use?

What glue would you use if you wanted to fill a belly hole with a wood plug so you could move the hole over a smidgen? I have a couple of hook holes that are not quite centered and want to re-drill them. AYC is the wood.

I'd just use some wood filler....probably the Elmers....has worked fine for me in the past
