Who makes a Stan Gibbs style pencil other than Gibbs Lures?

I love these plugs and for some reason everyone is making pencil poppers that sits straight up and down these days. I like that style as well but my pencil rotatation could use some diversity. Any somewhat available builders making anything similar to a Gibbs that sit more on their belly? I'm particularly enamored with the 2 oz. and 2 & 3/4 oz. sizes. I missed the last run of 3 oz. beachmaster pencils that might have come close to fitting the bill.

AH

Try their new Traditional pencil Mike. I can grab you a couple down here if you can't find them up your way. Big ones. 3oz. or so.

Or seek out deals on fished vintage Gibbs and reseal/repaint/rerig. Helps kill the cabin fever.

The canal pencils usually don't sit on there belly because they contain extra weight. You'll even see a lot of them that sink completely when they are in the water.

Traditional might be the way to go if your looking for a lighter pencil. or the cordell pencils might fit the bill you're looking for.

The Gibbs pencils I use (2 and 2.75oz) have always floated vertically with the nose about 1" out of the water. I don't know about the larger ones. I build a copy, and I weighted some to float at 45 degrees (based on something I heard about older version BM pencils) but I didn't find them particularly useful.
