what exactly is the criteria for this category at plugfest?

I just made a rookie mistake on my flaptail plug. Here is my scenario. For the first time I made a vamp style flaptail plug. I also decided to make it an off-center plug as well.

I thought i had laid the plug out properly before i started all my sanding and drilling etc. WELL, I was off on the layout and now it is slightly curved in the wrong place. :rotf2:

Just wanted to let it be known, In case someone gets it in the donation raffle.

I am happy with the color pattern.:uhuh:

I don't know ? I'd imagine it's for 1 st year builders .. 1 st year anything is pretty much rookie year .. Guys that still screw up is pretty much any of us .. :uhuh:
