Great game! Miller played out of his tits! They were pounding him pretty hard late in the 3rd peppering him pretty good and he was great!!!:buds:

US goaltending was outstanding - a bunch of saves. Canada put on a lot of pressure and were forever stacked up in front of Ryan Miller. This win put the US team in the quarter finals.

This win could propel them far!

I have a fairly large amount of family that live in canada and they all have that Don Cherry mentality. Whenever they come down to visit I have to sit there and hear them flaunt their common hockey knowledge and brag brag brag. WELL, I hope you cut your moms 'uno what' with the skates you where wearing when you where born. What else do they have beside hockey,,Brain Adams? Funny how they said they where ready to establish a knew league a few years ago when the NHL went on strike. The NHL could not exist with out the US. Of course I would luv to see the US take the gold but seeing them go down would be greater to me then watching sox take down the yanks. (((very very close anyway)))
