Can't make it. Going to San Fran Monday. Might be coming out of retirement. I have 4 different job offers.

You get the chance to hang out with all the folks here....eat, drink, and tell fishing stories...its a great night.

Most importantly you get to bust my chops for 2 or 3 hours while recanting all our old chatham inlet stories to the unknowing masses...

There's a great raffle too, and usually some kind of slide show or other form of entertainment.

What time does it start?

I'm pretty sure we start setting up at 6:00 and the festivities start at 7:00?

My wife said she wants to go with me. I think she wants to make sure there really is a STRIPED-BASS.COM! :rotf2: Is there anythink we can bring to help out?

Oh no, we're all doomed....tell her its been cancelled...I'll call the foxy and let them know we don't need the private room for 70 people...:laugha:

yeah, I'm terribly conflicted. My wife actually told me she likes having me around all the time. The only reason I am considering coming out of retirement is because I have been totally bored this past month. If I can get through March without making a move, I think I will be fine.

It's not a question of economics. We have always lived very frugally. The house is paid as are the cars and the school bills so it's just day to day expenses. As long as I don't buy the 26' Edgewater with the twin 250 4 Stroke Yamis, I' m fine.

Thanks Mike. I'm leaning toward staying retired. I will make my decision tomorrow. If I do I will cancel the San Fran trip and maybe see you guys at the TFCTFN
