and by the way, Iran is building nukes and we're in 2 wars....
:confused::confused:(CNN) – President Obama will appear on "America's Most Wanted" with the show's host John Walsh this Saturday to commemorate its 1000th episode.
According to Deputy White House Spokesman Bill Burton, the president taped a 15 minute interview in the White House's Map Room with Walsh on Wednesday morning before delivering remarks in the East Room. The president used the interview to congratulate Walsh on his show's success, but also to tout his administration's own anti-crime initiatives. |
You're right...The guy only lost his son and then devoted the next 20 years chasing down these scumbags, why should the president give him 15 minutes....%$%$%$%$ him.....whats so special about the guy.
You'd bitch if OB put the toilet paper feeding out from the bottom instead of the top. |
well, he did say that he wasn't out there enough in his first year, talking to the American people so that they could understand him properly, maybe in this second year he'll spend a lot of time on Jerry Springer, Oprah, Ellen, Cops, Letterman, Morey Povich...talking to his people, the only people that are still buying his BS...by the way, I saw a pic of Michelle recently and if she's so concerned about BMI (body mass index) particularly concerning her adorable little girls, I would suggest that she concentrate a little more on her own BMI (booty mass index)...because the black isn't even slimming her anymore :rotf2: especially if she's going to blab on about the weight and health of others...then get to work on that chain smoking, alcoholic husband :uhuh:

and your right, it has nothing to do with Obama - "The president used the interview to congratulate Walsh on his show's success, but also to tout his administration's own anti-crime initiatives. " Serioulsy, you have no problem with that? The guy didnt go to any of the sites on 9/11, but he can attend a tv show? I bitch about pattterns, this guy has been on the campaign trail throughout his presidency. Im the only one who notices that? No, many have. Its f'in nuts. Dad, some people spend their lives helping others, some start a "Home Makeover" show and help people in front of millions. Both add value, but one has much more honor and credibility. We dont need a hollywood president. |
he wasn't even an Actor
before his second Presidential bid you have to do well first time round man and thus far its FAIL as much as i despise #^^^^& Cheney he's right |

Iran really doesn't have anything to gain from nukes, aside from using them as a deterrent to protect what resources they still have left. Iran really isn't in a military position to attack any of it's neighbors, gains nothing by giving a weapon to (mostly Sunni mind you) terrorists who might use it and would be glass in a heartbeat if they actually attacked Israel. I know there are some religious wackos in Iran who believe in the 12th Imam, but there also are a lot of rational people who wouldn't let a few crazies ruin the party. Iran also still seems quite a ways from making a real nuke. The method they're using (from AQ Kahn) to refine uranium is slow and many experts think they're running into technical difficulties keeping all those centrifuges spinning. Personally, I'd be less concerned with Islamic states becoming nuclear powers as I am with Islamic states forming alliances against the West. -spence |

It the chance they will or they will end up in the wrong hands ala 24

Doesn't sound very likely to me. They hate al Qaeda, not going there. Hamas? Not a chance... Personally I think they're playing a dangerous game. If a nuke (god forbid) did go off somewhere, because of their programs they will be seen as a target of retaliation regardless of their true position. Ultimately, people are most interested in their own survival (Libya fits well here) and unless there really is a doomsday cult with their finger on the button there are few scenarios in which an Iranian nuke situation plays out. Perhaps the most likely is a defensive position against Arabs to the southwest, and to maintain the military dictatorship against a rising populist movement. Now all that's not to say that I think a nuclear Iran is a good thing, certainly a new arms race in the Middle East isn't in our interest. But if our policy is based only on extremes it's probably not going to deliver. To date we've wanted it all, disarmament and regime change...it's clear we're probably not going to get both, at least not at the same time. -spence |
Its gonna happen , dirty bomb somewhere in the world next 10 years

Spence, Give them a call and explain to them the situation. They clearly don't get it. |
