Just wondering what you guys are using for paint and why. Thinking about switching it up

I use createx mainly and some hobby craft paints they need to be thinned quite a bit but you can get a lot more color variety.

I bought a color wheel and mix some .. I think your better off blazing your own trail or everyones stuff starts looking the same .. That being said ..I use alot of plain old rustoleum rattle can for fish approval .. white,,blue,, yellow ,,ect. mix my olive... very boring ,, fish like it though ..

i only use spray paints, even my scale jobs.

I used to do graffiti as a teen, so pretty good with the spray can :)

Flaptail was a trailblazer... He was using inks in some of his work ...that spoonbill comes to mind ,, You'd swear it was a vintage plug ..

I use the Createx, mainly because its readily available. The pearls sometimes give me grief because the tend to clog but the other colors work well.

I use createx so far but plan on expanding as my interest GROWS. Have mixed up some nice variations. Lots of paint out there though.

I a friekin rookie at it, so take my opino for what its worth on that basis

Same here, but I did pick up a can of hammered brown for my eelies just for kicks. Plus, the hammered paint helps hide all the surface imperfections on the wood if you do minimal sanding.

I use Krylon indoor/outdoor now. Lotsa colors, some metallics some candies. I decided to go rattle canand stay all in one line to avoid problems. so far it's working.
