Is the Lami L51010 suitable for a tuna trolling rod?

Looking at building a couple of trolling rods for the 150 to 200 lb class tuna expected this season. I need a couple of rods for Penn International 50 VSWs.

This blank is rated 50-100lbs and is 5' 10" . Will probably use a short bent butt.

Any info or advice would be appreciated.
